I had exactly three days to find my wedding dress as my fiance and I are stationed overseas with the military and I so happened to be able to fly back to the U.S. for a few days. I made an appointment with Vicky Wong (the owner) before I arrived and I brought the names of the gowns I wanted to try on.



Rather than simply accommodate what I wanted to try on she insisted she pick out similar gowns. I explained to her I wanted to try on these specific dresses. From there she went on a tangent about how she has been in bridal retail for over 30 years and she knows what's "in style," etc., etc., etc. Finally, after telling her I was not there to argue, I needed to find a dress and she could either help me or not. She provided me with TWO of the dresses that I was looking for.



Her assistant was trying to help me but Vicky yelled at her (how humiliating) and insisted that she was going to do all the work even though I could barely understand a word she was saying to me (not to mention spitting throughout the conversations).



If you don't care about customer service, professionalism, and actually being heard as a consumer and bride then you can go here for the reasonable prices. However, you can find much better elsewhere!
