Y Hata & Company also has the most sophisticated software within the food service industry. It has in place E3 Trim, which is a revolutionary purchasing system, and RoadNet, the last word in delivery technology developed by the United Parcel Service. Recently, the company expanded its chill and freezer capacity by 20 percent and added more new trucks, each with 3 temperature control compartments.
