I have found my new FAVORITE restaurant. Kaze has a casual atmosphere and friendly wait staff. They offer a sushi bar along with the more traditional Japanese Restaurant Cuisine such as Teriyaki Chicken, Chicken Katsu, Tempura, and Udon. The prices are very reasonable with the median price for most items in the $10.00 range. The wait time for the food is relatively short and you have just the right amount of time to have the Miso Soup and Salad with Sesame-Ginger Dressing before your meal arrives. In the few times I have had the opportunity to go, I have had a number of the sushi varieties, the Chicken Teriyaki, the Cucumber Salad, and the Vegetable Tempura. All were excellent. The only complaint I would have, is that I was disappointed not to recieve rice with my Teriyaki Chicken. Instead of rice, it came with more salad. If you would choose to go, be aware that at this time, they only serve dinner, and there isn't a large seating area (only between 8 - 10 tables), so if you go, you may have to wait a bit to be seated.
