AMAZING !! I took my truck in for an alignment - and was very impressed with the staff's professionalism and dedication!! The guys even fixed my crooked steering wheel without charging me !!! I was expecting to pay hundreds as I thought I needed 2 new tires as well - but instead of pushing for a sale I was treated with honesty and not taken advantage of. I cannot express how grateful and impressed I am. I recommend this location - Mike and the staff are the best Thank you so very much !!

It's great, if you want to wait 2 hours for a flat repair, as you watch people pull in, and immediately receive service. And then be told it'll be at least another half hour.

Stay away. A few minutes before closing rolled into less scwab with a flat tire and was told they couldn't do anything to help. Asked if they could just take a look to see where it was leaking. They said no, the tire was to worn and they couldn't touch it. Asked if they could do anything to help out and again said no.

Ran up to Nelson's tires right after closing and even though they had put all of their tools away for the night, they got right on it and replaced the tire with a loaner till I could back to have them replaced.

Our construction crew was working in the Hood River area and needed tire chains, due to some unexpected snow. Les Schwab company would not take our company Visa card over the phone. We pay with a credit card over the phone with other businesses daily and it is not an unusual practice. If Les Schwab had been the only store in town, our crew would have been in a real bind - stranded without tire chains. Thankfully there is Nelson Tire Factory down the road on Tucker street that were happy to help us out. So much for Les Schwab's lack of customer service and satisfaction.

When my tent trailer lost a wheel it was brought into Les Schwab of Hood River, Or.Through a miscommunication the wheel repairman didn't get it repaired before I had to leave for Montana on my job. I called, spoke to the manager whom held my trailer all winter until I could get back to pick it up the following spring. The price was adjusted accordingly. I found my trust had been well placed. The manager helped me choose the right business to install a hitch on my van as well. Thank You!!
