Salon Visio offers a maintenance wax at a cheaper rate for customers who return within 5 weeks. This is fantastic. I had an appointment scheduled for exactly 5 weeks and came down with an awful stomach flu which prevented me from leaving my house for 4 days. Upon calling and letting them know this they said they would have someone call me back and talk to me about it. No one did. When I got better I called back again and was told they cannot give me the maintenance wax rate because it is over 5 weeks. I was extremely sick and called to communicate this to them ahead of time with no response from them. I literally could NOT leave my house. This is absolutely disgusting customer service. DO NOT GO TO SALON VISIO!!!!

I love this salon! I recently had my hair cut and colored by Jen. She was fantastic! The colors we picked out came out perfect and the hair cut is exactly what I wanted. And the scalp massage she gave me after the massage from the shampoo chair almost put me to sleep! Everyone was so welcoming, I can't wait to go back! The prices are good too. Usually you get what you pay for but here you get way more than that! I recommend this salon to everyone! Even to men! (awesome hair cut plus a beer with it. Can that get more fantastic?)
