How can you politely say scumbag? Well i guess you can't. Russ Berry the owner is a scumbag he will lie and steal from you. It might not happen right away you might not even know at the time. But he will if he already hasnt. He shoud be in prison. BEWARE AND JUST STAY AWAY!!
