The owner is extremely difficult to work with and is not considerate of the individual child’s needs. There are frequent changes in staff and policy. Consistency is not a strong point, nor is working with families. We asked multiple times to meet with the teacher and owner to discuss our concerns and we were never provided that opportunity.

Some of the teachers there should not be working with children. It takes a special person to work in a daycare.

Polka Dots Child Care Center is truly wonderful. My girls absolutely love going there. The teachers and owner are wonderful, and truly care about all of the children at the center. It's hard to be away from your kids during the day while at work, but knowing that they are in such good hands makes it much easier!

I was promised slots for both of my children and told their spaces would be held until registration began in the next couple of weeks, and when I emailed 2 weeks later ready to sign up, I was told their spots were given away and the wait list was very high. Very disappointing to have a centre owner go back on her word.
