If you enjoy the luxury of mold, leaks, roaches and bad smells this is the perfect place for you! Perhaps it was just my apartment but how do you really know for sure there aren’t others? Make sure you do your WALK THROUGH before you sign the lease NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY because if not you’re going to be trapped in this place for about 12 months like I am. What would I tell my best friend? RUN. What would I tell my worst enemy? RUN. No one deserves to live under these conditions. Not me and certainly not you. If 0 stars were an option I'd gladly choose that. It isn’t as if I haven’t given them ample opportunity to fix these problems and not only were my requests IGNORED until a written notice was provided, I have yet to have the proper compensation that I feel I deserve for my pain and suffering.
