After being a customer for over a year with the same stylist (who has been ill the past week) I was unable to see her for 2 days because she had to go home early, but was told she would be in this morning so I was there at 10:30 and was told to come back in 2 hrs which I did. I was told she had left and they were unsure if she would be back after I had waited 20 min so I walked over to TJMaxx and came back hoping she would be in. There she was working on someone so I told her I had been trying to see her since Thursday and was in this morning and told to come back in 2 hrs so there I was. She was just plain rude and after always tipping her more than 20% I walked out the door never to go back. I did call and voice how I felt to A__ who agreed with me as she heard the conversation. I will call S______ the mgr tomorrow and voice once again. I know when you don't feel good you can be a bit grumpy, but don't EVER bite the hand that feeds you.
