Great experience. Dr Parrish and his team were professional and competent! Would return again. Glad I found them.

Had to go to Hoover Urgent Care the day before Thanksgiving. The place was packed. They locked the door at 12:15 even though the sign stated 12:30. They should have posted a sign that said no patients admitted after 11:00am if they wanted to be done by 12:30. Everyone was pleasant except ONE nurse who was quite rude. I was trying to be empathetic to the fact it was a day b4 a holiday & I knew they were all trying to get home. She rudely stated with a large sigh ... "YES WE ARE!" ... NOW, overlooking her curt interactions, Dr. Todd was absolutely wonderful. He took time, he was thorough, and was genuinely kind in his response to being there the day b4 a holiday --- was glad to do it and was sorry there were so many sick folks that day. SO ... overlooking the rudeness of one, I give the place a great review. It was recommended to me by my doctor who moved for quick emergencies or minor illness. I'm thankful they were opened part of the day prior to a holiday. No one plans to get sick & going to a hospital would have been costly and time consuming. Thanks Dr. Todd! I'm on the mend!!! I appreciate people who go into the medical field with the true heart of helping others and not making the patient feel like they are an inconvenience. I'm glad the one nurse didn't pursue a career in retail. ;->
