My husband and I were in the market for a new sofa, primarily, but also had visions of replacing most of the furniture in our living room. Due to budgetary constraints we needed to do this a little at a time (one piece every 6 months to a year, depending). On our first visit we were greeted by Beverly who is just amazing! She was very helpful and knowledgable and not at all high-pressure. it took my husband and I a few weeks and several visits to decide which route to take on furniture but she never lost her patience or her enthusiasm for working with us. In the end, Beverly helped us select a sofa, chair and ottoman that we ordered then and we have plans to purchase a recliner and additional chair down the road. Although it will take us some time to get all the pieces we want, working with Beverly enabled us to get a game plan so that everything will look cohesive once we have it all. She was terrific to work with! I highly recommend her!

Would not recommend purchases from this location. High presssure sales people that make promises but do not deliver. Was quoted a price and then went to pay. Price was then $400 more. Was told that I would be refunded the following business day. It is not 5 days later and no refund yet. Contacted store and manager will check into, however he raised his voice with me. Aslo paid for protectant and was told it would cover the existing scratches since chair was a floor model. Was at the hospital with my husband when chair was delivered. Scratches are still on chair.
