Worst place I have ever lived in my life. Maintenance team is inferior, tried to have a toilet fixed three times, which they failed to fix. Eventually I gave up on the toilet. It took them two times to fix the water heater. Furnace broke down too. The complex is always breaking a water main thus leaving you/us without water for hours. Don't expect to come home from work and take that nice relaxing shower, no no water main broke again. Staff does NOT answer phones. After two weeks of signing lease mold began to grow on the walls, wasn't from me because I didn't move in right away. I found that someone left an odor eliminator in the main AC duct which became moldy and most likely cause the mold to spread. Maintenance always leaves a light on after they have been in your apartment, which cost you money. On site laundry mat requires a card not money to use machines and where do you add money to the card. I'll tell you where you add money. At the leasing office, which is closed if you work nights or 70+ hours a week, which means you can't add money because the leasing office is closed by time you get home from work. The way my mind works is, if I need to add money to the "laundry" card to use the "laundry" machine shouldn't the machine to add money be in the "laundry" mat and not the leasing office. Laundry machines are always breaking down too. Just save yourself the trouble don't live here. A friend of mine lived here too, let's just say he didn't renew his lease. Also they must be getting desperate for new tenants because they approve anybody now. So just think about that for a minute, the word anybody. Last but not least I have received a letter three months later claiming that I owe $658.00 early termination fee. Here comes the funny part, I paid the $658.00 early termination fee along with any other fees (that's how bad I wanted to get the hell out of there). So now I have to get the lawyer involved. LIKE I SAID, DON'T LIVE HERE. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE. UNLESS YOU LIKE HEADACHES THEN BY ALL MEANS MOVE INTO the Ridge Crossings Apartments located at Tree Crossings Parkway. Now some might say this is slander but what is slander? The action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation. Everything I said is true so it's not slander. Have yourself a nice day. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT MOVE TO RIDGE CROSSINGS! PLACE IS FULL OF BUGS! THE OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE.

To sum things up:None of the staff have any idea of what's going on.They charged me for things that I had already paid for or taken care of (I have disputed and won on several different occasions).They reported me to a collections agency before even giving me a warning that I owed them money (I did not owe them the $100 as accused).They refuse to let me speak with anyone about this issue (and many other past issues) even after visiting in person.They are completely rude when asked to do their job (try asking for maintenance).They no longer spray for bugs (cockroaches everywhere and hiding in my clothing, silverfish in my closet).AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
