Provided by YPmobilewhen i went through their drive thru i was told to wait to place my order as many other cars were in front of me. i literally was waiting several minutes in order to be tended to and was basically forgotten about. No one said anything to let me know they would take my order so i had to leave and go somewhere else! Was not happy about drive thru experience at all but the food is good there.

Provided by YP.comBefore moving to Birmingham I ate at a Schlotzsky's deli all of the time. I was pleased when I saw there was a location in Birmingham but disapointed in comparison to the one in my old hometown. Food was 'eh compared to the one I had eaten at for years.
