THE NURSES ARE RUDE AND ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THEY ARE VERY SARCASTIC AND DON'T EVEN WANT TO LISTEN TO YOU AND ISSUES YOU ARE HAVING. NURSES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE CARING, COMPASSIONATE, AND HELPFUL... THESE NURSES ARE DEFINITELY IN THERE FOR THE WRONG REASONS. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO A DOCTOR'S OFFICE WHERE YOU DON'T FEEL WELCOMED AND YOU FEEL JUDGED.

My daughter has been seeing DR. GOLDBLATT since birth. Yes, he's old fashioned, but also VERY experienced and knowledgeable. I find there's a lot to be said for many years of experience! We love him and would recommend him, or anyone at Southlake for that matter, to our friends, neighbors and family. We also love all the nurses and office personnel. Most all of them have been there since we started going here, 5 years ago. Again, I feel there's also a lot to be said for such a low turnover rate. This means everyone knows you and they must also all be happy in their jobs and this friendliness passes on to the patients and thier parents. Wouldn't trade this group!

He got MAD that my 6 month old was crying, actually got in my face and YELLED what he was saying about my 4 year old (they had a shared appointment) and then asked me what was wrong with my 6 month old. I wanted to cry. I have NEVER been treated by an MD like this. I was completely shocked. When I told my husband, he said that he had noticed that Dr. Goldblatt was agitated at baby's 4 month old check up, asking him to give the baby to a CRNP student so that she might be quiet. I'll be finding a new pediatrician.
