The Customer Service here is EXCELLENT!!! I stop at this location 2 or 3 times a week and they also speak clear and friendly and they greet me with a big smile!!!

This is the best Starbucks location in Birmingham. The drive thru has fast and friendly service! The employees always puts the "Customer First" and that's real customer service!

I like the Grande Vanilla Mocha with whipped cream. The staff here is friendly and glad to make suggestions of new drinks to try. The store is a good place to sit down and enjoy your coffee and conversation or read a book.

The staff here is friendly and helpful and willing to explain what each thing on the menu is. Want something different? Just ask the barista. No problem.
