Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me choose the right products for a variety of home improvement projects I needed to get done.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated when I tried to order a tank of propane for my stove. It was never specified what size path had to be shoveled in order to deliver the tank, in fact it wasn't even specified a path even had to be shoveled. I did shovel one in the minus three degree weather and almost got frost bite. Needless to say I never got service and when I called the serviceman was rude. I am a woman who lives with her daughter and am a first time homeowner. I don't feel this was an appropriate way to treat a customer. I really want to go somewhere else for business now.

This company is notorious for poor service. In-store customer service is rude at best. Gas service is even worse. Beware if they inform you that a delivery is coming. It will NOT arrive as promised, but rather several days (and at times WEEKS) later.
