Under a NEW management!! From the previous review wasn't sure if I should go or not but since I was new to the neighborhood didn't know anywhere else and was in desperate need of a Pedi/Mani. As I walked in I was greeted with a big smile!!! The service was great people was friendly and the best part everyone spoke English!! I will definitely be back b/c I just joined their membership building up points for FREE massage or even a flight ticket to Florida. Thank You Sun :)

THEY TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE.

I just had the worst service ever. The women how is also the owner was the one who did my manicure couldn't wait to be done with me and couldn't care less if she was doing a good job. And you would think she was going to care about her customers right.



It was very stressful to be treated like that and I will never go back to the place. IF you care about you money do yourself a favor and go to a place where you matter.

I was a walk in to get an acryllic fill in. Maybe they were mad that I was a walk in and not appointment? But anyway they took me, and did a horrible job. There were a lot of customers in the store so maybe other people like them, but I feel I was given horrible service.



1. They sat me with some guy who started the filing. Another customer walked in, and they moved me to another sit and the guy took her.



2. 5 min went by and then finally another employee came over and started working on my nails. This same employee worked the register, so everytime a customer was getting up to pay and leave, she had to stop what she was doing with my nails and get up to help the other customer.



3. My thumb and pinky nail on my left hand are significantly shorter than my right hand.



4. They did not file down the original acryllic enough for the new acryllic to blend in. You can actually see the line of the original growth before the fill in (I had a french manicure paint job so that area of my nails are clear).



5. They shooed me away too quickly. After my nails were painted and I had my hands in the dryers for 5 minutes, the lady checks and says they are dry and I am all set. I went to pick up my keys and one of my nails smudged. I had her fix the smudge, and I left my hand back in the dryer for another 10-15 minutes. I felt my nail and it felt dry, but when I got home it smudged again. Also I didn't notice til this morning that there are a few areas on a few nails that she missed with the shiny clear top coat.
