I am highly disappointed in Jery's Pawn shop. My boyfriend has been a very loyal customer for years and we have spent and WOULD HAVE spent plenty more money in that place IF I was not screwed over.

I went in and talked to one of the employees about surprising my boyfriend by paying off 700$. I bring my boyfriend in to pick up his items (his surprise) when I come to find out they denied the paperwork! The refuses to refund me after he either failed to check the proper documents OR he knew the whole time!!! I will NEVER EVER spend any more money in this place. Its sad for them, they would have rather taken my 700$ and lost me as a customer, than me spend WELL over that amount as a loyal customer. That was just a low blow.
