I have head reviews on this place and how the Dr and staff don't explain procedures and aren't very social....completely wrong. The desk assistants were very nice and the nurse was amazing. She explained everything to my daughter and had her giggling the entire time. We were seen in a timely manner and overall I'm very satisfied with our visit.

This was the worst eye exam I've ever had it lasted maybe 5 minutes. I felt unwelcome the minute I walked in the door starting with the front desk lady she was very rude and rushed me out of her way. I have insurance and now it will be a year before I can get a good exam I noted some issues I am having that are not minor and he did not address anything on the chart which tells me he did not even read it plus he did not dilate my eyes. I cant believe this place is still in business I will be calling my insurance company and reporting the doctor for this so called eye exam. This doesn't even deserve 1 star. Pitiful excuse for a doctor!!!!

Great eye doctor but worst possible customer service and staff Ive ever encountered. I totally would NEVER recommend anyone to this office!

I made an appointment for my son a few months ago and did not like the experience that we had there.They were very rude and looked at us as if they were not used to seeing colored people in their establishment. I would not dare take my son back there or any of my children there after that experience. It's funny though. They treated me very rude when I was in civilian clothes but was polite when I returned in uniform.

Went to an appointment today at their Sears location only to be waiting and waiting. After a call to the main location they said my appointment was in hope Mills not Sears, even though the confirmation call yesterday said Sears. Not good service, and Hope Mills Staff could care less about my wasted time and gas. After eight years of going to Professional eye Care it is time to change.

DR was great!!! Staff unprofessional, biling issues and refund problems it's been since april 2012 and I still dont have my refund. The staff become uncoorperative and evasive its like we have your money and now we are through with you. If and when I get a refund I will update, like i said no problem with doctor its the staff but, the staff represent the doctor.

Staff during the visit were great. Doctor was not personable as he did not even introduce himself. However, he was educated and did a great job recommending course of treatment.We were told that the first set of glasses would be in within 2-3 days. They arrived 8 days later. We were called and told we could come pick them up. A half hour later when I arrived at the clinic, I was told - "We are closed. You can come back Monday." So delivery of the glasses wasn't taken until 11 days after ordering.The second pair of glasses we were initially told they would arrive within 3-4 weeks. However, in phone calls with staff since then - they have stated, "That is unheard of. It will be at least 6-8 weeks." (Insurance approval and issues.) I received the written copy of the insurance approval within 7 days. It has been a month now and we still don't have these glasses.Bottom Line: Great for your eye exam / care / questions. However, I would go elsewhere to purchase the glasses.

Dr. Raynor went out of his way to fit me with contacts. I never thought I could wear them, but he took all the time that was needed (over several visits) to find a solution. Having contacts eliminates the need for any sort of glasses for me and is a life changing experience. I would recommend him and all this staff to anyone.
