Southview Middle School serves students in grades six through eight. It is a part of Cumberland County Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Southview Middle School supports a variety of extracurricular programs in media studies, band, orchestra, cultural arts and physical education. It offers a range of general academic courses and conducts foreign language sessions in French. In addition, the school offers character education and guidance and counseling services to students. Southview Middle School also supports several sports activities, such as football, volleyball, basketball, softball, soccer, wrestling, and track and field. It operates various student organizations, including quiz bowl and Science Olympiad, as well as chess, forensic and beta clubs. Southview Middle School is located in Hope Mills, N.C.
