Before business hours this morning (8/8/2022), I left a voicemail with Geiger Heating and Cooling requesting a return call regarding our AC which stopped blowing cold air. Within a few minutes, around 8:00 am, a technician returned that call, stating he was on the road heading to our neighborhood to work on a new home, but would stop at our home first. We soon greeted this expedient and knowledgeable professional, who assessed our AC problem and repaired our system within a half hour. Wow!! That is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Highly recommend..

I just had a new furnace and A/C installed by Geiger Heating and Cooling on 9/1/21 after my system was shut down. They installed my original system 22 years ago when I built my house. The owner Steve Geiger and his crew were great. I would have given them higher than 5 stars if I could. They were on time, added plastic on my floor where they walked, took the time to explain how things work for me to understand, professional and just nice people, they did many other things I wanted not part of my installation such as cleaned my fire place (they installed 22 years ago), repair a water line with saddle valves I feared would leak someday and give a upgrade on my A/C at the same price quoted on the one below because it was out of stock.
