The results i got from Applied Behavioral Health Care to help me with stress were way beyond what i would expect. This is my first experience with hypnosis. I ve been going about 4 months.. I was referred to this therapist because someone told me he had successfullly helped a teenager who was having behavior problems with his parents but now is more back to normal. My results were that my body stopped reacting to stress filled situations and i now remain very calm and peaceful. I am also able to sleep 70% better than i was before. I also stopped having physical pain from areas of my body where i had surgery. Alot of other weird good things happened after i started to see him. It just seems like im in sync with my life better and alot of good things just started comming together. I highly recommend this therapist. He is very good- and it just works.
