Myi wife and I have used Spielmann's for a couple of needed car care services. They have been honest and done only repairs that are needed. When a Subaru dealer gave us a long list on items they suggested were needed for our 1998 Forester, we took it to Spielmann's for a second opinion. Much of what the dealership had suggested was unneeded at this time. Spielmann's did what was required to keep our car running well without us feeling like we were "getting fleeced" or the Car Talk guys Click & Clack would say helping to make a boat payment for the dealer! Today I gave them a call to get an oil change, they told me to bring it right in and they were able to do it while I waited.

The only suggestion I would offer to those serviceing vehicles is to take a bit more care to put a mat or something down on the floorboard so that carpets stay clean.

I was pleasantly surprised with a free car wash and their price for the oil change was even better than the dealership's advertised "special"! The repair (a more major repair) to our Subaru was far less than the dealership wanted. Yeah!
