No integrity

This is a business that operates with low integrity. Do not expect any security in their work ability. They refused to come back to fix something that they did not fix the first time because ownership of the home has changed. This is not how you win business and referrals. Save yourself the hassle there are plenty of places that do honor their work.

Super service, knowledgeable technicians, very professional

I had my Asko washer serviced by a Fine tech from D & T, he arrived at the scheduled timeframe, had the part on his truck, and fixed it promptly. Not sure about what happened to the others reviewing below, but possibly things have changed there since late last year/early this year. All I know is I am a very happy customer, even if they are busy and it took 2-3 days to get here. I will be using them for all my appliances!

OUTSTANDING

I had numerous issues with my Fridge. I had purchased an extended warranty and had to have 6-7 service calls from 2 other appliance repair places. I am so happy I found D & T. The repair man, Al was very patient and went out of his way to make sure I received a replacement fridge. He had to make several calls to the extended warranty people on my behalf & come back to my to do extra testing. He really went he extra mile for me & I highly recommend them to everyone. SUPER GOOD company!

I had my whirlpool washer worked on. Tech was very professional and efficient. He was able to fix it the same day. I highly recommend them.

If I could give them zero stars, I would

We have had miserable service in working with D and T (I truly cannot express this enough - took 2 weeks to even come to our house - then 3 MORE WEEKS for them to come back with a part!!!). When our Asko brand washer broke again, I was determined not to use D and T (as we were referred to by Warners’ Stellian). I discovered that Sears services Asko brand and they have been amazing to work with! So- - save the headache and DO NOT call or work with D and T Appliance - - call Sears! 1-888-508-4379

More Bad Business

We were referred (steered?) to D&T by Warner Stellian for repair of our washer. The first visit was fine: technician was a good guy; he found the problem; ordered the hose; and said it would take about 3-5 days to arrive and about 20 minutes to install. The hose finally arrived 10 days later. Then the earliest they would come to install it was another 9 days. I called on the appointed day to confirm the service window and was told -- Oops! -- they failed to get it on their schedule. (And they were the ones who called me to schedule!) So now it's another week to wait. Net result: A month without the washer, and even that's not certain, because it's not fixed yet. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Bad business, EP MN

I will never use this business. I scheduled an appointment to repair our Bosch dishwasher - 5 days out. They asked for a credit card number to put on file before they come out. I was driving at the time and told them I would call them back...well I forgot, and because most businesses don't ask for that it it completely slipped my mind. When the appointment day came I called and left a message to tell them how to come into our house. I never heard from them so hours later when I called them again they said they didn't have me down anymore because I never called back with my credit card #. They just took me off the schedule instead of calling me to confirm the appointment - that is just bad business. They just said "sorry, can't come out" I will never call them nor will I refer them to my friends and family

Broke more things than they fixed

I bought my electrolux refrigerator through Warner Stellian and went through them for repair while on warranty. Warner Stellian outsources these repairs to D&T. In the 3 repair visits we had with them, they ended up not fixing the problem (ice maker still doesn't work) and on top of that they re-mounted the bottom freezer drawer wrong (so it's kitty-wampus and doesn't close entirely on the right side). That repair was done just at the end of the warranty period, so now we have to pay out of pocket for someone to come fix their mistake.

$100 wasted...

Terrible experience. Complete waste of my time. Told them the make and model of our dishwasher and that it wasn't pumping itself dry. Tech shows up, and says it needs a pump....WOW, REALLY!.... but of course he doesn't have one for an exotic machine like our 2 year old Kitchenaid, that will take about a week.

poorly trained techs

Tech made two visits, ordered a part, installed and said "it's fixed". Same issue was present as before the "repair" - the tech guessed at the issue and didn't do thorough diagnosis. Lazy.

$7.43 part & was charged $114 for 20 min in labor...

When first called for an estimate I was told it would be "a few bucks" to replace my door strike on my dryer. After a 20 min installation the tech handed my wife a bill for $122.00. We were charged $7.43 for the door strike sales tax was .57 & labor was $114!!! total $122. A call to the owner was never returned. The whole experience was ridiculous!
