Call someone else...these people are VERY RUDE! Horrible Customer Service! I cant believe you would have someone like that answering your phones...trying to get business. Maybe you should have someone who doesn't THINK THEY KNOW EVERYTHING! I would NEVER go through this company! WORTHLESS!

After completion of the work done, the plumber that came out failed to ask for payment so I figured I would be invoiced and could pay once received. I then got an email from the accountant and was told;"What would make you think you can receive a service and not pay for it. Pay this invoice immediately or we will take legal action."After I called an explained the situation, she continued to be difficult and rude directly to me. The boss then apologized for her behavior. I then payed with credit card and thought it was over... One month later, the problem occurred again and I called them to repair it because it was still under warranty. They came, they fixed it, they left without asking for payment. I then thought it was finally over because (according to their policy) no payment was asked for or received upon completion. I then look at my bank account after payment of my month bill and took 200 dollars for a service charge. They never invoiced me or asked me for payment. No signature, no phone call, no email. They will not refund my money. They got their money. End of story. The most unethical company that I have ever encountered. DO NOT USE. FIND ANYONE ELSE

I have used Mcfarland for the past 6 years to service and repair my hot tub. Their service has always been spectacular and their service employees are fist class and prompt. I rate their service as the best.

I had a problem with a cover that I bought from them. Water was getting in and it weighed 60 lbs. I could barely open it. It was about 1 and a 1/2 years old. I asked for something, Mabey selling me a new one at a discount. Any help what so ever. I was dealing with the owner and asked him to get back to me. He never called me. Our hot tub broke again, "We have spent hundreds if not thousands on fixing this hot tub with this company" They came out but didn't have the part to fix it. They ordered the part and told me it would cost more than $250.00 I Found it on the net for 168.00I ordered the part, called mcfarland to cancel, told them I wasn't going to do business with them anymore. Their response was to send me a bill for 168.00 for the house call eventhough they didn't fix anything. I'm going to copy this post and send it to the Ag and Minnesota Business bureau. And I will never pay this bill
