Stove heat-element lit up like the 4th of July. This happened @ 8pm on a Sun. night. Although they didn't have it in-stock, they had what I needed in their store by 11:30 on Monday. My oven was working by noon, and all for a few more dollars than anywhere on the web I could find, and online stores would have had shipping charges. I was very pleased with the price of the part, and how quickly they got it for me.

I just had Rogness repair my fridge. Overall I was happy with the service. They figured out what was wrong quickly and needed to order the part. They called me when they had it, came out and put it in and it seems to be working fine. Total came to 206.00 with 90.00 of that being the part. The only part that bothered me was that I could have bought the part for about 57.00. I don't know what the total would have been if I had gone with someone else but anytime you can get a repair done for around 200.00 or less I think you are doing alright.
