Paul the owner is the only mechanic I will ever go to. If it's a quick easy fix there will be no charge and it is a franchise so it isn't the cheapest place around but if you're not rich or no nothing about cars he's honest about what needs to be done, what can wait and is a fair upstanding guy along with all his employees never had anything he couldn't fix and he's always worked with me financially. Unless you can do it yourself go see paul.

Honest and Fair

I started taking my car here 3 years ago because I lived in the neighborhood and thought I would try them out. They have done such a great job at a fair price that after I moved 30 min away I still make the drive just so that I can have them work on my car. My car is at an age where it has had lots of problems that are difficult to diagnose, but these guys have always been able to figure out. Even better, they are honest and fair. For instance, they put a part on my car to try to fix a problem, but it didn't end up solving the problem. Rather than charging me for the part, they took it off and only ended up charging me for the part that actually fixed the issue. You won't regret giving these guy's your business.

Cordiality

I have oil leaking car and I went there to have it checked. They had me right away and they were very cordial. No charges for estimations and still very precise with the car's diagnose. I am still deciding if rather I have my car fixed. Not because of the service (I'm sure will be excellent), but because it is a major problem and I might buy a new car instead. I have had my car's break fixed there about 3 years ago and they are still good. I strongly recommend this place.

These guys rock! They know, they fix, they replace, and they honestly get dirty. My trust isnt cheap

I took my Buick Electra to Sparks after I was told that it needed over $400 in repairs by a Nationally known Precision car care franchise. I had never been to the Persicion franchise but wanted to take advantage of an oil change special. I was sceptical when I was told that the mechanic "had noticed"a few things wrong with my car. About a week later I took my car to Sparks, also my first time there; to have a new thermostat put in and to have them check the items the Persicion place said needed attention. I had the thermostat installed; costing under $35. With all the junk running over and across it, I would have been happy even if it were twice as much. Now for the other $400 in repairs estimated in writing by the Persicion place.......100% bogus!I've taken all my vehicles to Sparks for the past 8 years. I recommend them when I hear that someone is looking for reputable auto service. My job is in Quality and Customer Service where I work and I am not easy to please. MR
