DO NOT do business with these people. ESPECIALLY Pat. We bought a $5,000 Bad Boy mower from them, was told it was commercial grade, and could withstand the volume of customers we have for our lawn business. We immediately had issues with our mower and could tell it wasn't commercial grade. Our residential mower did better than this one. It took 2 months of calling to actually talk to someone about the mower. Pat, who was also our sales person,was very rude and disrespectful saying we "shouldn't have gotten such a cheap mower" and when we said it was falsely advertised as a commercial mower he replied with "Well, we have to make our money somehow." He didn't bother to ask what kind of problems we were having or do anything to try and help us. This is a terrible way to do business. We ended up calling another Bad Boy dealership in Nashville and the guy there actually helped us troubleshoot our problem. I don't understand why Pat couldn't have done the same.
