WoW, is all I can say about these folks!! As lots of others on here, we were going through home warranty company American Home Shield. I have only personally felt with them when they came out. My husband has been dealing with them on the phone and with the rude phone receptionist and the excuses as to when we may get a new unit!! ALL of these reviews are what we are dealing with too!! If they don’t want the work, they need to get out of it!!

It's JULY 2015 and is literally 90* inside my house and these guys are a$$ hats.

#1. Grant's misdiagnosed the problem
(Had a second opinion from Mid-State who used equipment to test each part)
#2. Grant's ordered expensive parts based on their bad diagnoses
#3. They DEMANDED money upfront (CASH)
#4. Then left job, THE part was not completely installed. Job site left messy.
#5. Called and the "owner" screamed and cussed at me saying there are 1000 other customers who would pay CASH." "I am tired a dicking around with you."
#6. They refused Credit Card Payment three times.

I have never dealt with a company who was so unprofessional. They have "policies" that set the customer up to be robbed.

I WARN YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I will send a more detailed message to all of Clarksville's Facebook Groups (20k-30k people); Angie's List, and BBB.
Additionally, if my system cost additional money to "repair" from the work Grant's did, I will be suing this company for the additional.

Terrible! New $4000. unit still not working properly after only 6 months. They no showed yesterday for a service call after I waited all day because they couldn't give a time. Plus was going to charge $85. to come see what the problem was. They just installed the unit 6 mos ago.

I had ahs I live about 45 miles from grants. They came out put some r22 in. And left the tech. Was nice and intelligent. But it goes down hill from here. After 36 hours of waiting to hear back from grant I called him to which he replied "I'm too busy I'll do it later" and hung up. I called back 10 times just to make sure I heard right. No answer just picked up the call then ended it. 2 days later the tech showed up. No call just drove 45 miles to my house??? I'm not sure how just sending a tech 45 miles and hoping the customer is home is anything but ignorant. I told the tech " your boss hung up on me and I am not important. So Ty but you can leave". Seems like I see a lot of reviews grant is rude. So he can just pay the tech 1.5 hrs in drive time. Maybe he will learn. AVIOD

No show for the repair appointment, and no answer any of the several times I tried to call their office. Ended up canceling the service request with them through my home warranty and scheduling another company. That's a ridiculous waste of time and now even longer than my AC is not working. Don't bother with them.

My experience was OUTSTANDING. The Technicians were extremely knowledgeable and had a friendly atmosphere. If needed I will be calling them.

Notified they would call me to set up time for appointment. Never called, sent technician to home when no one was here. When I called to set up another appointment secretary stated I would have to call in another work order to American home shield because she closed the first one out. Who closes out a work order when no one worked on anything? No effort to complete job request. When I called the first time the lady said the tech would be in bowling green. Either they ruined all their business here or they are extremely over extended

Worst company/people ever !! They came out the first day .. Discovered our compressor went out received the part in a week ..took them two more wks to install it .. Only to make 800$ worth of damage on wires and installed the compressor incorrectly which was another 2000$ ... Never heard from them again !! They ignored our phone calls and our insurance couldn't get ahold of them either. I would never reccomend this company .. They don't even deserve 1 star . I wish I would have read the reviews .. It would have saved me 3 weeks of freezing in our house , they didn't care that it was snowing and I have two children. .. A million phone calls ... 0ver 2000$ in damage .. I will be reporting them to the BBB . WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH . I

They where choosen by my home warrant and never showed up. When I called the office the woman had an additute with me saying she called me before a service man came and he sat and waited 15 minutes at my house. At the time they say he came, both my husband I where home with all our windows up becaue our AC was broken and we never heard anyone outside. I also have no messages from her on my phone so I know she was lying. She then told me she didn't know when anyone would be out to help me. So I'm trying to find someone else to come fix the AC.

Grant was chosen by my home warranty company and after 6 days of them not showing up I called back and cancelled the work order and had it issued to another company. Thanks Grant!!!

Ripped me off while my husband was in Iraq, ashamed to say but I did not know enough to know they were ripping me off at the time. When they supposedy "fixed" my AC unit, two days later I had to make another call to come out and fix it. The insurance company sent another company out to look at it and they said "whoever came out before us definately ripped you off". Part of it is my fault for trusting them , I know nothing about AC units.
