Excellent company with whom I've had a relationship for decades. Small but very responsive. Tough business to be in as renters don't understand who owns what in condos. Very professional.

The conditions in properties managed by Reliable Property Management are deplorable and unfit for human habitation. The buildings flood every time it rains and Reliable is unable and unwilling to do anything to bring the buildings up to Sanitary Codes. Do not ever hire Reliable Property Management. Stay away from them. Fire them if you are already using them and get yourself a more dependable and more responsive Management Company. The Commonwealth should take their license away for not performing their fiduciary duties towards the owners and occupants of condominiums they manage.
