Founded in 1983, Horace Elementary enrolls more than 150 students in kindergarten through grade five. It offers classes in physical education and music. The school also provides special education programs for gifted and talented students. Horace Elementary maintains a parent-teacher organization and offers child care programs. In addition, it organizes volleyball, basketball, football, soccer and hockey tournaments. The school provides guidance counseling and food services. Horace Elementary operates a library and conducts science fairs and field trips. It also offers the English Language Learners program. The school provides extracurricular activities in dance.
