Sincerely has always been one of my favorite restaurants. Just be careful with their closing time. We were 5 minutes away and it was 8:40 (with closing time being 9) and I called in to try and make the order to simply pick up and take to go because we are conscious enough to know they close at 9. They completely refused to offer any service claiming they had already closed everything. As far as I know business hours shown mean those are the hours they will service people. I advice changing business hours if the employees will refuse service (not even simply to pick up and go) 20 minutes prior to the closing time listed. I'm not a customer to ever complain, but I was seriously disappointed by this.

I ordered the fries with cheese and it had a pieces of a metal scrubbing sponge, I just put it aside and waited for the waitress to get close to our table but she never did. My husband found pieces of this metal scrubbing sponge in his food too, he ordered the bandera flautas and it looks like it was in one of the salsas. I loved their flautas, but finding this in my good makes me wonder how they cook their food. Sorry guys but never going back.

I ordered two orders of gorditas. Three in each order. Took them quite a while. A group of 6 came in a bit later after i had been waiting. they all got served before me. A family of four also walked in and got served as well. Mind u my order was 2 go an it was six simple gorditas. No rice salad or beans!

Well this was one of my favorite places to go to for the flautas and the lemon pepper wings. Called the number listed and no one answered, tried 6 times...guess they are either closed or have a new number...totally disappointed...not disappointed anymore-they are still open and their food is as great as it always is, they closed early on Mondays....so so happy they are still around :)

muy rico y muy limpio importante servicio rapido y calientita comida por k el de la alameda muy chico y la comida fria. y los tacos de tripita exelentes la verdad muy buen lugar para comer y economico
