TERRIBLE! Stay Away! Go down the street to Speedy Cash or ANYWHERE ELSE! They are doing practices that are against the law, such as making customers write 2 checks for amounts over 240.00 so that you have to pay back in 2 weeks instead of the time MS state law allows for check advances over 240.00, which is 30 days. They also do not allow the 3 day grace period to pay off loan after your due date. If you are even 1 day late, they take your check(s) to your bank, without so much as a phone call. I am contacting their headquarters and BBB about their practices. Again, stay away!

I didn't want to give this place any stars but the software forces you to. STAY AWAY. The original manager Chris McBride passed away (God rest his soul, the best manager they ever had)! There is now a manager named Patrica Burrus who is a rigid, robotic, snob looking down on the customers who come because they are in financial distress. She is TERRIBLE and I will never go back! Chris' coworker Kim is a sweety and should have been the new manager. Instead Advance America finds the most condescending person on the planet and makes her the manager. I wonder who she is related to because there is no other way she would be a manager. STAY AWAY and pick another location. That is until they get rid of Patricia Burrus!! Chris RIP we miss you sooooo much (The best manager Advance America ever had)!!
