Although they had a vast selection of items to choose from the service was awful. The place looked like it was run by teenage girls who had no customer service experience. It gets worse. After Caitlin had rang up my groceries , I had a few questions. I just asked really simple questions about the extra 10% tax they charge along with the state tax. She stated, " I'm going to go smoke me a Newport behind that". After some of the items rang up wrong, .88 cents rang up as 1.00 or more. I was okay with this its just a couple of cents more but, after Caitlin went back to check the price she comes back and says "It was .88 a piece , not 2/.88 cents. I know for a fact that that was not the case. There were 2 of the same items one in a larger pack for .88 cents and the same product in a smaller pack for 2/.88 cents. I just don't understand why you would even state these things in front of a customer. Could you at least wait until I have left the building. All in all, I ended up returning everything I had bought and I went to Kroger and ended up paying more because the service was so unsatisfactory.
