Provided by YP.comSo, the restaurant was recommended as a local person's favorite. I grew up in Central Texas, and have an opinion about brisket. Skeptically, I tried it...WOW. Extremely good. The baby back ribs, dry, are the closest to what I make at home that I have ever eaten. When I took my GF, she said, "those are just like yours"! This IS my favorite BBQ place in Memphis. Not a big fan of their cole slaw or corn bread, but that;s just a style thing. I recommend this place to everyone! The service and atmosphere makes me a welcomed guest every time. Thanks y'all. Seriously.

Provided by YPmobileWe first became aware of the M.B.C-Memphis BarB-Q Co. While watching the BBQ Pitmasters championships. So, while we were in town my wife and I wanted to try and find it-which we did. This Barbeque is so of best I have ever eaten. I am a Texas boy through and true. But this barbeque can stand with the best. The staff were almost as awesome as the food. I will talk about this for a long time. Simply-AMAZING.
