Provided by YP.comNEVER go there. They should be shut down by the health department. The meat cooler that they keep their wings in has chicken blood all over the walls. Last time the walls stayed like that for 5 months. In the corner of the meat cooler there was a lake of blood and raw chicken parts that had mold and dirt on them because that too was ignored for 5 months. The plates are supposed to be scrubbed but instead only get rinsed off with hot water, so check your plates carefully, there might still be food on it. The managers are constantly taking wings out of the holding drawers with their bare hands because they want a snack. For about a month there was water behind their supplies which was a breeding ground for fruit flys which may have gotten into the food. For an idea of how the general manager runs things, here is the perfect example: A package of bacon was a week past it's expiration date and you could clearly see white spots forming on the bacon (mold/bacteria). An employee brought it to his attention so he could throw it away. The general manager told him not to throw it away. To use it and the microwave would "kill off" the germs. That bacon was served that same day. In less than a year, NYSEG has gone to that store twice because of a gas leak. The gas leak was coming from behind the grill. The entire place could have blown up at any second but management would not allow any of the kitchen employees to go outside let alone alert the customers of the danger they were in. Apparently, making money for the company is more important than human lives. Trust me there is SOOOO much more but I think you get the idea. I know all of this because I worked there for over a year, got promoted tried to change things then left because I couldn't work for a managment team that had such low standards of cleanliness, total disregard for people in general (whether they be customers or employees) and a lack of moral character. The entire thing makes me sick but I hope people look a little closer at this store the next time they go there if ever again.
