Brought family here everyone was polite.. there was a bit of a wait but once we were seated our appetizers came out pretty quick n the rest was soon to follow... don't let one off night ruin the rest

Went th Chili's in Horseheads tonight, and were told we would have to wait 20 minutes. As we stood in The crowded foyer the waitress had to ask me to move out of her way to seat the next group. I looked in the dining room bs there were at least 6 eight tops available, and still elderly people were waiting dr seats.the hostess aid the kitchen was backed up! SO WHAT! Don't make people stand like herded cattle. Do everything you can to make them comfortable! This shouldn't have happened, and they lost our business to TGI Fridays!

This is a great place to eat. Either with the family or to meet up with some friends. You can not beat the overall service!
