Excellent customer service. Had a fabulous experience from the moment I walked in the door until I finished shopping.

The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable! Helped me find my dream dress! I went to a David's at another location and they were so rude, but the this location was so nice! I loved my experience and would recommend it to anyone! Lindsay was amazing!

I made an appointment many months in advance and when I got there it took almost a half hour to get someone to help me look at wedding dresses. Then when someone finally came to help she asked me what I had in mind. I told her that I liked light lacey dresses with sleeves or really interesting backs. My consultant chose satin sleeveless dresses that were nothing like what I asked for. I picked a dress and she told me she didn't think I'd like it. So I put it back after trying on all her options and hating them my mom grabbed the dress I chose and it was perfect. My time could have been faster and easier if they would have just listened.

$350 average in ALTERATIONS ONLY. My original consultant at David's was great - very friendly and had me excited. I had decided to try and stay under a $500 budget, which she was aware of. I found the dress I loved for $450 (style T3251) and was told it would only need slight alterations - maybe taken in a little, and a bustle. What I was not told is that it was going to cost me $295! A hemline alone was $95, and I settled for a cheap ($85) bustle because the one I liked was almost $150. This dress was a very simple gown, only 4 layers. I am so disappointed that my "average" quality dress ended up costing as much as the more expensive gowns I looked at elsewhere. And once the dress is ordered, there's no returning it... it's pay the extra $300 to make it fit or not wear it. In all of my years of prom dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and brides at other shops- I have never seen simple alterations cost that much. When I brought up to the seamstress that it was a lot more than I thought it would be - she said the average cost at David's is $350 for alterations alone! So immoral and disturbing that they don't tell the brides that up front, especially those working within a known budget. Thanks to this, my wedding gown shopping experience was ruined, I left the store bawling, and this is what I get to think about when I step into my dress on my wedding day. Don't fall into the David's Bridal trap thinking that you will pay less - because in the long run it just isn't true.
