Provided by YPmobileUpon moving in, they waive your first months rent. I thought great. Upon moving in around my building was filthy, littered with toys and garbage. I promised to be placed on a list for a 3 bedroom. Every time one became available, Michelle made up some excuse on why I couldn't move to the larger apartment. I tried to contact her several times complaining that my dishwasher was leaking water and suds under neath my kitchen sink cupboard. I was told thatthe issue wwouldn't be addressed, it never was causing black mold to grow. Other tenants were allowed to smoke directly in front of the doors you enter the building in. Plus my living room window was directly next to the front door so every time the other tenants would go out and smoke it would come in my windows. I've been hung up on several times by Michelle and was told by her that I could pack my things and move if I didn't like it. Also the except welfare so the tenants are non working and the complex is going down him quickly. I recommend not living in the fought rentals. Terrible place in my opinion.

Provided by YP.comI've rented from this company for over three years. There is only woman in the office who has always been particularly rude, she always acted like I was always wasting her time, even when I was just paying rent. She has hung up on me on a couple of occassions when she "thought I was done discussing the issue". And their 'emergency number' is ridiculous. Our water pump had rusted at the top and it was leaking, so we called on a friday night, a day and a half later someone showed up and said they would have to wait until monday to get it fixed, tuesday they showed up to fix it. When we moved in there was stuff all over the back yard, and we requested they clean it up, a few times, even in writing, and it was never taken care of. When we moved out they blamed the mess on us. They even told us they had a cleaning crew that came in to clean up, but they later told us, after we'd moved out, that we hadn't cleaned well enough to get our deposit back. I don't think it should cost $700 to clean an apartment. But I've known several people who rented from this company and they never got their deposit back, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that I didn't either. I guess this is just a really easy way for a company to make easy money. So unless you have money to throw away, I wouldn't rent from this company. The rent is overpriced for the area to begin with, and every six months your rent will increase about $15-30.
