This was the worst experience of my life. The Mover came up to Chicago with a 16ft truck and a trailer to move a three and a half bedroom house full basement, and garage knowing full well he did not have a big enough truck to do the move but wanted a small enough truck to feel safe on the streets of Chicago according to him. He then proceeded to leave one third of my belongings in my house and yet Wanted full payment for not only moving my whole house but also for his hotel room that he stayed in that night which was not part of the quote he had given me. This man has been arrogant, rude, and unprofessional in every sense of the word. If you want a mover do not get this man or your life will be hell. If I could have not given him any stars I would have done that but the side is set up so I had to at least put one.
