The way the franchise is operated is very poor. The hostesses are inexperience and disorganizes, they have an attitude that is not conductive to a pleasant experience to the children in the facility. The franchisee DEMANDS that you tip a set amount to the hostesses, that, again do a poor job at it. Just a warning to the parents that want to host a birthday party for their children at Bounce U, Horsham, they don't tell you about the gratuity demand when you make the original arrangements, BEWARE!!!
