I have been going to Otto's for over 60 years at various times and dates, I knew Otto back in the 50's, They have been through 4 or 5 owners since then, I have never found the food or service to be anything less than excellent! We were there last night, the food was as usual excellent, the service was also excellent, the "New"
owners seem to have corrected the "problems" described in previous comments, If they ever existed! Being Superbowl Sunday it wasn't very busy but they had more than enough staff! One thing that has not changed since Otto started this restaurant back in the 30's is the food, I believe they are still using his original recipes! If you need your fix of German cooking this is the place to go in the Horsham area!

Wow, where do I start ?? The short version of a long story is don't go !! The food was horrible, and wished we stopped at the McDonald's next door as I think the meal would have been much better.. This was our first and last visit to Otto's.

I was in town for business and we went to Otoo's for dinner. The food was very good, but my steak was awesome!

I had read a couple of mixed reviews about Otto's, but heard it was under new ownership, so I went there optimistically.



On a not very busy Saturday night, it took ten minutes before the waitress came over to take our drink order. I had to call over the hostess to get a waitress and she seemed put out that I expected to be served! Once we ordered, the speed of the food coming out was pretty quick, but we had to call the waitress over a couple of times because she was not coming over to check on us.



The food was a disappointment. I have been to some great German restaurants across the country and in Germany; and this cannot compare to them. I could overlook slow service for exceptional food, or mediocre food for exceptional service, but the two combined do not work very well together. I will not be going back.
