I had a very good experience with their crews and their estimator. I had them come out and take a look at an old patio that we needed to replace because the previous contractor did not install it properly (Or at least thats what people sources told us). They answered the phone every time I called, the estimator had a quick turn around time on the estimate, and the crews that did the work were fast and very polite and quite fun to deal with. I would use them again for anything else we needed. Time permitting we will be using them for spring cleanup.

The whole process was actually very good. I had them install a patio project in our back yard. I first met with the owner a few times prior to the start of the project. They actually did a 3D walkthrough that was kind of like a video of how my project would look. They did the project in early summer so we were able to use it for the 4th of July like we wanted. I see a few reviews that stated things took to long for them but my experience was much better. When I called around most companies were booked for then entire summer already. These guys got the job done on time and always an took time to walk me through what they were doing because we made a few changes along the way. We are very happy with the result. They are actually doing our snow removal this year too. Only issues is that I have is that it keeps snowing every other day it seams! :-(

I wouldn't call them again. Waited 2 weeks just for an estimate, no one ever showed up. The guy I talked to was rude and made it sound like it was an inconvenience for him.

Nice guy, but I waited weeks for service, that was just average. Ended up cancelling tree trimming after waiting 4 weeks from agreed date.

The guys did a great job this past monday. Even with the winds as bad as they were, they safely avoided my roof and my kids play set. I would highly recommend them. Will be calling you back this fall when we save enough to have the oak taken down.

They did some landscaping for me this past fall and took a oak tree down so we could get more sunlight in our back yard. I believe they also go by the name appleton lawn and snow patrol. Fast response time and good results. Will use again if need be.

Had a great experience with Appleton tree patrol. The took down two large trees in my yard. We had been wanting them down for years and happen to come across an add for them and decided it was the right time. They did a good job and cleaned up all the debris. Thanks guys (and gal).

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You guys saved our butts. I run a retirement facility in the fox valley and with the late march snow we got yesterday our snow removal company had already put their plows away and did not come! I called a couple places and appleton lawn and snow was the first company to pick up their phone. They were able to send a plow over and take care of our lot. Obviously the rest of the snow melted now but we have to have a clear lot at all times so they really did save us. Thanks again, we will be contacting you soon to bid on our lawn mowing and most definitely our snow plowing for next year.

Did a good job on our patio install and refreshing our mulch after we purchased our house last fall. Most likely will be using them for lawn mowing this summer.

Appleton Lawn & Snow has done my lawn and snow since last June. I just recently had an amazing experience with them so I wanted to let people know. They do a good job making sure my lawn is cut and the snow is taken care of, but last week they went over the top. The guy that does my driveway just got done plowing my driveway when I was about leaving for work. I noticed that he went next door and was talking to my older neighbor who was shoveling her driveway. I assumed he was going give her a card and talk to her about their services. Anyway, a couple days later she (my neighbor) flagged me down and told me that the guy who does my drive way came and talked to her and did her driveway for free and asked nothing in return. Now I am sure they might be hoping to get more business some day from it but regardless that just doesn't happen very often. Thank you for taking care of my neighbor and always doing a good job on my lawn and driveway.

Thanks for doing a great job with my snow removal. They are taking care of my home and my apartment complex. I have had issues in the past with other companies not showing up or saying they salted and I don't think they ever came. I do NOT have the same problem with Appleton Lawn and Snow. They do a great job and I do not have to baby sit them. Thanks again guys, keep up the good work.

This company has done a nice job doing my snow removal over the last couple years. I never have to worry about our customers having to deal with a foot of snow because our lot got forgotten. We have also used them for lawn the last two years. I'm kind of a control freak so I only wish we could pick the day that our lawn gets done, but I do understand they need to fit us into the schedule. Keep up the good work.

I agree with Dustin! Absolutely amazing customer service. Ryan (I believe the owner) came out yesterday and did a spring cleanup along with going through our lawn and analyzing everything from the thatch level to its hardness and customized a lawn program for us this year. We have never had anyone do that. in all the past years someone just sold us a fertilization program and nothing else. Appleton Snow & Lawn actually took the time to show us what our lawn needed and then explained why. Can't wait to see how our lawn turns out when it greens up. Also they did a nice job with the spring clean up and hauled away everything so we did not have to deal with it.

I had them do a spring clean up for me yesterday. Yes I know its still a little sloppy outside but Im so sick of winter I said heck with it haha. They did a great job and I was very surprised by the customer service. Very polite and cheery! Not something you find everyday with a lawn company. I plan on using them for mowing and fert service this summer as well.

Hey glad to see you got a YP page! I have known Ryan and Appleton Lawn & Snow Patrol for many years so this review may be a little biased but they take care of the lawn for my salon as well as my home. They are always prompt with their service and are reasonably priced. We just resigned for lawn mowing and fertilization for this year (2014) as well. Keep up the good work.

Used them to cut our lawn and fertilize it last summer. We normally do it ourselves but their price was very reasonable. We should have done this along time ago! We got to enjoy our yard without having to take care of it. Thanks Appleton Snow & Lawn Patrol!
