Agree with others. This is the worst business ever. They do not return calls. If they do return your call, they lie and tell you they will call back. I have full system that was installed less than 2 years ago and it does not work. Their warranty is for two years on labor, and 10 on parts. But if you can't get them to come back...what good is it? Absolutely useless.

I agree with the others.. do not use. He needed a part that he didn't have with him. So he rigged it up saying it would work and he would be back in a few minutes. He hasn't been back and doesn't answer his phone. 1 star minus 2.

Is it possible to give negative stars? Because this "business" surely deserves it. Call on a Thursday and you might get a reply in a week. If they "fix" something but it doesn't work right good luck getting in touch with dusty.



What a joke and a waste of money. And this kind of service from a preacher. Shame.

Horrible! Don't use these guys. They came to move our ac unit and it didn't work afterwards. It has been over a month now and they still have not fixed it.
