I asked her to please do not put blonde in my hair because i have well water. needless to say she turned it blonde and while she decided to cut another persons hair mine was over processed and fried of and knowing how upset i was she charged me 95$, and being the person i am i payed her anyway and left and i returned home and when my husband saw the damage and how upset i was. the next day we returned to get my money back and she said she wasnt giving me my money back and the 95$ was all chemicals, and we proceed to tell her that was not right and we needed to leave or she said she would call the cops. i left before and after pictures on allur facebook so check them out before you go
