Provided by YP.comIn July of 2017 I purchased a 55" tv with a logitech remote to connect all my accessories,ie: dvd player, vhs, speakers. Also, paid 175.00$ for a warranty. I was under the impression that everything was covered including labor. After eight months the logitech remote became dysfunctional. Contacting the Best Buy , Hot Springs store, was also dysfunctional--schizophrenic---. At first helpful "we will take care of everything" after the warranty was verified, all I needed to do is to contact logitech for another remote that was under warranty and contact the Geek Squad for programming the remote to the accessories. After talking to geek squad , they refused to help me since I needed another warranty. I told them that none was offered at time of purchased for the remote. Now, I,am on my own. The store will not take phone calls, you are on hold forever. Bottom line: Best Buy will steer the customer into the sell countering all resistance by telling you what you want to hear. The Geek Squad , although, owned by Best buy is under separated management ; they do not make a trip to our home unless there is money made. I would had to pay $ 275.00 for two warranty plans if only knew of the second one. If I knew what I know now I would`nt set foot in Best Buy.

Provided by YP.comon 11-21-2016 I paid for what I thought was to have 5 tvs installed & 2 surround sounds. I went over this like 3 times with the sales associate. He assured me it was all taken care of. delivery of my items & install on 12-01-2016. on 11/30/2016 I get a call that they are only installing 2 tvs & if I want more they will have to cancel. (the associate that did my order messed up) I made calls & calls & finally got this issue taken care of, or so I thought. on 12-01-2016 they showed up & told me they were there to only install 2 tvs, again we went round & round with phone calls, Finally, got agreed to install & then there is an issue with the surround sound. Now they say that wasn't included. so $450 to install 2 tvs ???? I was so upset because I had went over this 3 times at the store to make sure this problem would not occur......& they just told me that had other customers that they had to get to & they needed to make a phone call. They went outside & the next thing I know, they are driving off - with my stuff that I paid for & no install of anything that I paid for!!! what a scam their geek squad has. I called the manager of the store & he stared yelling at me & hung up on me. I'm sure i''ll have a problem when I go to collect my refund, since I received NOTHING that i paid for!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! no customer service at all
DO NOT BUY HERE! DO NOT HIRE GEEK SQUAD FOR ANYTHING - THEY TAKE UR MONEY & RUN - LITERLY!!!!

Provided by YPmobileThe people there are nice and very helpful. The Geek Squad pits in the effort, but that doesn't mean things go smoothly. There's room for improvement with their paperwork management and communication skills. I think it's more their software that creates the issues so corporate will be getting a letter. We had several wasted trips to the store trying to get things straightened out. We'll still shop there due to the people being persistent in getting things done with a system that needs work.

Provided by YPmobileI needed a new phone. The best prepaid phone they had for At&t was the HTC desire for $169.99. I ended up getting instantly approved for a shocking credit card with no previous credit on AR minimum wage! Ty best buy

Provided by YPmobileI went in to set up a contract through AT&T getting 2 iPhone 3GS's. I was instantly asked how they could help me. They did not give me a run around on prices. They spent two hours nonstop helping me set up my contract to convenience me so I didn't have to go to the AT&T store and deal with pushy sales associates. They made several phone calls to help with payment options. Overall they will receive my business again and I will make many recommendations to the store.

Provided by YP.comI really enjoyed just going into this store and browsing. All the employees are relaxed but were working. If you had a question they would answer as best they could.
This is a good store that I would recommend.
