I bought my van from Car-Mart on Albert Pike about a year and a half ago. Never had any problems with the van or with the people working there. They always treated me right and were very friendly and nice. Well, my transmission went out in my van and left me stranded at my daughter's daycare. I didn't know who to call so I called Car-Mart. They sent a tow truck and picked up the van and took it to the shop. I found out the transmission needed to be rebuilt and it would cost about 1400. I was so stressed since I needed my vehicle to be able to go back and forth but I also did not have any money for the repairs. Car-Mart was able to repair my van for me and add my repair cost into my payments. I was so releived. I really felt that Car-Mart treated me right and rewarded my perfect record with them by sticking up for me and helping me out.
