Great place to eat great service

They are advertising free samples of their specialty coffees on Wed. We went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 samples to be told they were available for dine in only. No problem. We parked the car and went inside. We placed our order of 2 apple pies and 2 sample mochas. At this time we were told the offer for the day just ended.

Now we have a problem.

I would have been fine with this explaination at the window. But after parking the auto and going inside I felt that I had been misled. I love Mc Donalds coffee and stop here several times a week. We also have breakfast here when in a hurry to meet appointments. After being lied to and misled we will take our coffee buisness and breakfast elsewhere.

Customer service is very important. A happy customer hardly ever spreads the good news. You can certainly believe an unhappy customer will tell the world if given the chance.

Is this really worth a cup of coffee.
