This review is way too long overdue. Lots of distractions came up on my part. So with that said, let me first say that there is not enough great things I can say about this T-Mobile store location and to be completely candid it's because of the awesome Store Manager Ronnie! To say he has gone out of his way and over and above assisting me with various issues that have come up with T-Mobile including, but not limited to, a locked screen on a Samsung Galaxy (unfortunately, notwithstanding ALL his consistent, tenuous efforts in trying every method conceivable to unlock the screen, was not able to but believe me not taking anything away from Ronnie and his sincere, continuous efforts. It doesn't stop there! Every time I ran into an issue related to T-Mobile with either their service, phones, plans, or issues of any kind e.g. functions of the various phones I have purchased, Ronnie was the go to guy, ready, willing and able to give me the ultimate Customer Service. Which brings me to the next point. The expression of good employees "from the top down" fully applies with this store. The other C.S. reps are also great and very knowledgeable especially Sierra who by her consistent positive attitude and helpfulness has added to the pleasure of doing business at this T-Mobile store location. I have been a loyal customer of T-Mobile since 1999 and hopefully will continue to be. Thank you so much Ronnie for your exceptional customer service, skill set and talent in digital media.
