Provided by YP.comAs a previous employee I just want to say that Dr. Bell is the absolute BEST boss I have ever worked for. Dr. Fader is great as well pays close attention to detail. This clinic is very clean. and with personal experience I can honestly say that the staff LOVES each and every animal that comes through and none of them every shirk a task. As far as animal care goes the Dr's don't refer stuff just because its time consuming (like other clinics that I have worked for) they tackle every mystery case and emergent case that comes through the doors. This was and likely always will be my favorite place to work and I learned SO much during my time there. I honestly cannot refer them enough. I most definitely cannot say enough good things. I have seen animals saved that I was sure were not going to survive their injuries. Please if you love your pets take them to see Dr. Bell or Dr. Fader!! you wont be disappointed.

Provided by YPmobileBest place in town! Reasonable prices, too. The vet clinic I went to wanted over $300.00 to clean my lab’s teeth, and Dr. Bell’s office charged me $100.00! They also are treating my Frenchie with kit gloves!#Expert#Very Professional

Provided by YP.comI've been a huge fan of Dr. Bell, and his staff, since he saved my dog CoCo's life. It was clear that she was in deep trouble after being hit by a car, and dragging herself home (Rural Lakeside). I was told very frankly by Dr. Bell it was most likely she would require specialized surgery in the northern part of our state. The cost was several thousand. Then after conferring with the surgeon, Dr. Bell gave me the glad news that CoCo might do as well without the expensive procedure. She recovered fully. My most recent visit required Dr. Bell to surgically remove a mass from her eyelid. While she was under, he and his staff cleaned and polished all 42 of her teeth. I called my sister in Utah, and had her take a stab at guessing how much I was billed. She, based on her own experience, thought somewhere close to two thousand. As I sit here and look at the bill, it is a grand total of three hundred. I have other experiences that I could share, but suffice it say, I will entrust my loyal companions to no other.

Provided by YPmobileA couple of things about this vet you need to know:
They will not check the information on a dog before putting them down. This happened to me when a relative of mine took my dog in and had them put down without my authorization despite the fact they were not anywhere on her paperwork. I was not even given a phone call of confirmation. But it sure was billed to me though.
They are extremely disorganized on the chain on command. I brought in two of my pups under the clear understanding with one of the staff that I had called prior to arriving that I would only be charged for one office visit. When I was charged with two, they kept telling me that Dr.Bell is who told them to charge me two, and when I finally got to speak with Dr.Bell, he surprised me by yelling at me and telling me because I asked questions at the visit it took too much time to answer them and that he was sure I was lying about being told I was going to be only charged one visit. He also made it very clear he wouldn't drop the charges and that he wouldn't see my dogs again until they were paid. So, he's apparently very short tempered and impatient dispite what he puts forward in his doctor demeanor.
This place is very nice, and the staff are nice too (unless you have a dispute), and the doctor is nice (again up until you have a dispute) and the prices are cheaper than most, but I wouldn't trust their word for anything. If you are told something by someone, have it confirmed by someone else or even Dr.Bell himself before going through with it. Get it in writing if you have to. And as for the safety of your animals, well, don't be a fool like me and let the wrong people take care of them while you're gone. It probably wouldn't do much to have them put a note in the your baby's file.

Provided by YPmobileWe took our puppy in without and appointment. They rushed her to a room and started tests on her before i even finished paperwork and even though they were busy at the time. Dr. Bell was wonderful with her. Even with the tests, medicines, and office visit it was half the price I was expecting. My dogs will go to no one else now.
